Dick Strawbridge

Dick Strawbridge is a retired Lieutenant Colonel, since reinvented as a television presenter on Scrapheap Challenge and Geronimo. 

Getting a taste for the camera, hes now followed up with Its Not Easy Being Green and several guest appearances on Coast. 

Whilst still serving in the Army, Dicks family persuaded him to audition for Scrapheap. Thanks to his leadership abilities, strong personality and engineering skills (and possibly because he had the biggest moustache the producers had ever seen), Dick was successful.

A finalist on 2010s Celebrity Masterchef, Dicks Cornish smallholding is now a mecca forfoodie tourists, as well as those seeking tips on sustainable living and eco-technology. 

He has also presented Crafty Tricks of War and played a key part in the BBC celebration of the 60th anniversary of D-Day.
