Flowing water generates electricity when channelled through water turbines. The pressure of the flowing water on turbine blades rotates a shaft and drives an electrical generator, converting the motion into electrical energy. Hydropower has proved popular amongst farmers and landowners with access to a waterway and provides a reliable and unobtrusive renewable energy option.

Energy Now Expo is a key event for us because of the audience it attracts. there’s a wide variety of farmers and landowners who attend. and they are largely decision makers, all looking to diversify and maximise land use. We usually have a great reception at the show and generate good leads from it.
