THE RENEWABLE ENERGY EVENT FOR FARMERS AND LANDOWNERS

Solar panel electricity systems, also known as solar photovoltaics (PV), capture the sun's energy using photovoltaic cells. These cells don't need direct sunlight to work – they can still generate electricity on a cloudy day. The cells convert the sunlight into electricity, which can be used in many ways, including lighting, household appliances and refrigeration. Solar power has proved extremely popular in the agricultural and rural communities, with power generation systems being installed on rooftops, such as barns and houses, as well as in fields, known as solar farms, providing a much larger level of power, typically exported back to the grid. Solar thermal systems are also available – capturing the sun’s radiation to warm water.

Energy Now Expo is a key event for us because of the audience it attracts. there’s a wide variety of farmers and landowners who attend. and they are largely decision makers, all looking to diversify and maximise land use. We usually have a great reception at the show and generate good leads from it.
